The Magician by Michael Scott (Nicholas Flamel #2)

Plot: Newly awakened Sophie and her twin brother Josh continue their adventure in the world of myths along with their friend Scathatch and woul-be mentor, the immortal Nicholas Flamel.

Would you recommend this book? Yes. The author didn’t do anything wrong, but he did not do everything right. He still combines a myriad of myths with his own unique laws for magic, but something was off. Hopefully things improve in the next book.
